V. Kraz of OnFILTER will present a paper "ESD Exposure of Components in Soldering Process" at IPC APEX EXPO Technical Conference in San Diego, CA on February 19, 2013.  You can find program of the Technical Conference here and link to overall conference information here.

OnFILTER makes special EMI filters that reduce electrical overstress (EOS) in soldering process, as well as in other operations.

Hong Kong' High-End Hi-Fi Store Publishes Review of OnFILTER' CleanSweep filter

Although our CleanSweep AC EMI filters were designed for industrial applications, some of them found their way into other areas, such as Hi-Fi audio.  Odissey Audio in Hong Kong, a professional Hi-Fi store, carries our CleanSweep filters and recently they published a review that can be found here.

Here is the summary: "I'm happy with OnFilter 20A and we are now confident to recommend to customers. It has proven measurements of noise reduction and pass our audition review. We like OnFilter 20A"

EOS Paper Presented at the Philippines' ESD Forum

philforum2012OnFILTER' Vladimir Kraz presented paper at the ESD Forum' 2012 "Electrical Overstress: The Next Frontier."  This and other papers on the topic of EOS can be found in our Library section.

SEIPI (Semiconductor and Electronic Inductries in the Philippines) holds its ESD Forum dedicated to ESD and EOS issues annualy. Vladimir Kraz has been presenting technical papers at this forum for a number of years. This year's paper deals with electrical overstress which gains importance as the sensitivity of electronic devices increases.

OnFILTER' EMI Adapter is named among 100 hottest products of the year 2011 by EDN Magazine

msn01edn2_01EDN magazine, a premiere technical publication for electronics engineers worldwide, named  our power line EMI Adapter MSN01 among 100 hottest products of 2011.  This designation was made not only by the magazine' editors, but by the readers.

We are thankful to everyone who voted for our product and we hope that MSN01 works well for them.

Power line EMI Adapter MSN01 is a unique product that allows measurements of  power line noise, both differential and common-mode, with an oscilloscope or a spectrum analyzer.  It completely blocks mains' frequency but allows high-frequency signals to pass without attenuation.  MSN01 offers overvoltage protection against strong transient signals to protect your instrument from damaging spikes on power lines.

Please also take a look at MSN01' sibling - a hand-held power line EMI Adapter MSN12 which works similarly to MSN01, while allowing measurements of noise between any two points, such as between two grounds or within electrical distribution box.
