Warranty Statement for OnFILTER' Products

First, just a few pointers from this document in plain English - you still should read the entire Warranty Statement before placing an order:

  • We offer three year limited warranty for our products to the original buyer.

  • Should you use our products in applications other than specified in their published documentation, or attempt to modify them, the warranty is void.


  • This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end-user buyer (CUSTOMER) and is not transferable. No agent, distributor, reseller, or business partner of OnFILTER, Inc. (OnFILTER) is authorized to modify the terms of this Limited Warranty on behalf of OnFILTER. This Limited Warranty expressly excludes any product that has not been purchased as new from OnFILTER or its authorized distributors.

  • OnFILTER warrants to the CUSTOMER that this product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for the period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of purchase.

  • OnFILTER makes no warranty or representation that this product will meet CUSTOMER requirements or work in combination with any hardware or software products provided by third parties.

  • OnFILTER’ sole obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be, at OnFILTER’ sole discretion, to repair the defective product or part with new or reconditioned parts; or to exchange the defective product or part with a new or reconditioned product or part that is the same or similar. A product or part that is repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty shall be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period applying to the product or part, or for NINETY (90) days, whichever is longer. All products or parts that are exchanged for replacement will become the property of OnFILTER. No goods may be returned to Seller without Seller’s prior written permission.


  • Used outside of specified maximum ratings

  • Installed in violation of the recommendations in the User’s Guide

  • Damaged through tampering, improper use, negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident.

  • Modified or repaired by anyone other than OnFILTER or its authorized service personnel.

  • Damaged due to connection to the equipment of other manufacturers, or improper power sources.

  • Physical damage or damages resulting from modification in hardware, improper maintenance, accidents, acts of God, unauthorized servicing, or usage in any unsuitable or abnormal operating environment.

  • The serial number sticker, warranty sticker or anti-tampering labels on the system are missing, defaced, or modified in any manner.

  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification or removal of any preinstalled hardware components from the product.


  • Damage to, or loss of, customer’s equipment or facility

  • Damage to, or loss or corruption of, customer’s records, programs or data

  • Loss of profit due to product malfunction

  • Improper or inadequate packing causing damages during return.

  • Damages to the product due to parts of other manufacturers added to or connected to the product.

  • Any costs in shipping the product to OnFILTER or its authorized service center location.

  • Damage or improper operation of the product caused by customer abuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions provided with the product.

  • Any cosmetic damage to the system caused by accident or customer abuse.

  • Lost or stolen products.

  • Any products which payments have not been received by OnFILTER or its authorized distributors.

  • Products with expired warranties.
